• Limor Zur-Stoller, CPA, MBA – Chief Financial Officer – Limor is a seasoned professional financial leader, bringing over 20 years of experience in key managerial positions in global, public High-tech and Biotech companies as well as in early-stage start-up companies. Most recently she served as Chief Financial Officer of HIL Applied Medical in the capital-intensive medical device sector. Before that Limor served as. Chief Financial Officer and VP of Business Development with Smart Agro – an R&D limited partnership which Limor took through an IPO on TASE in October 2020. Notably, Limor was the founding CFO of Rosetta Green Ltd. which she led to an IPO on TASE and eventually a sale to Monsanto Inc., leading to her appointment as Monsanto’s Israel Finance Lead. Previously she served as the CFO / VP Finance of Rosetta Genomics (NASDAQ: ROSGQ) and RadView (NASDAQ: RDVWF), and Controller of CheckPoint (NASDAQ: CHKP). Limor is a Board-Certified CPA (Israel), holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University, and an MBA (Honors) from the Israeli College of Management.
