Dr. Max Siebert is CEO and Co-Founder of the digital manufacturing platform Replique. He previously worked at BASF for over ten years after completing a PhD in chemistry, where he focused on various areas, including research and development, business model innovation and digitalization. The business idea for Replique was born in 2020 and was initially developed as part of BASF’s incubator Chemovator before its spin-out in March 2023. Replique GmbH is based in Mannheim and serves customers from various industries such as Alstom, BASF, Danfoss and MAN with a decentral production network comprising with over 285 highly specialized manufacturing partners worldwide.
