*Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation by the attendee 1 week before the event (by September 19, 2023), 100% of the purchase price will be refunded.

Cancellations after the above mentioned date will not be eligible for a refund. If the participant does not attend the event without cancellation, the participation fee must be paid in full.

Data protection

In addition to the regulations of our data protection declaration (https://mobilitygoesadditive.org/datenschutz/?lang=en), the following regulations apply with regard to registration and participation for events of Mobility goes Additive e.V:

Data protection

(1) In order to carry out the event, the organizer collects at least the following personal data from the visitor: Title, first name, surname, address, payment method, payment data (bank details, credit card details), as these data are necessary for the conclusion of the contract or payment of fees.

(2) If the visitor provides information in this regard, the organizer also collects the following personal data: Company name of the employer, position or status of the visitor with the employer for use in lists of participants, which are displayed at the event for all visitors.

(3) At the beginning of the event, the Organizer shall present the visitor with a name badge containing the following information: title, first name, surname, employer (or private person). The name badge serves the organizers as an externally visible legitimation of the visitor’s participation in the event. It must therefore, as far as possible, be worn by the visitor during the event.

(4) The organizer will take photos to document the event and use these for internal documentation or for internal communications within the association. This use is in the predominant interest of the organizer. The organizer will only use photos of the event on social media or on public media of the organizer if visible persons there have agreed to the publication on the list of participants.

(5) The visitor undertakes not to publish photographs of the event on social media without the prior written consent of the organizer.
