Nicole Kroll completed her Chemistry studies at the Technical University Berlin and earned her PhD in Chemistry through a collaboration between Technical University Berlin and Imperial College London. Following her studies, she then worked as a research assistant at TU Berlin. Since 2021, she has been a project manager at the DIN (he German Institute for Standardization, the independent platform for standardization in Germany and worldwide) focusing on standardization at DIN-, CEN-, and ISO-levels, with an emphasis on additive manufacturing and adhesives.
